Winners of the Coldcut remix competition and comments by Matt Black

4. Beneath the mask - stagger A mile... heavier , more distorted growly treatment with a great evil start. probably fits in better with todays rock influences.

1. thejo - Coldcut -Walk A Mile In MY Shoes (Thejo Rmx One).mp3..... nice dubby futuristic feel. distorted background sound (guitarrig2?) a bit too continuous but effective in giving it edge..

5. Dstressed - Cut 'n Cold mix.mp3. more edgy, with piercing sounds added which make it more edgy. might take your head off in a club! effective sparse beat.

"hummmm....these are not as radical or diverse as i would have expected. my faves in order are 4, 1, 5 so 4 is the winner" by Matt Black of Coldcut.
